LOQI ships globally. At LOQI we bend over backwards to get your order shipped by the next working day. Shipping lead time within Europe is 3-7 working days, while outside Europe it’s 7-10 working days. Wherever you are, we’ll get your LOQI to you in no time!

Our shipping fee is €10,00 – € 20,00 per carton of 120 bags and will automatically be calculated at checkout. Oh yes – keep in mind deliveries to non-EU countries can incur additional duties and taxes. Be sure to check what applies in your specific country. 

You’ll receive a tracking number via email from GLS within Germany and Fedex outside Germany on the day your package ships. If you have any delivery or tracking issues, we recommend reaching out to the shipping company first. They sometimes mark packages as “delivered” too early or may need more information from you. Receipt of Goods

Send an email regarding any quantity discrepancies or faulty products within 7 days to order@loqi.com. Faulty products are to be returned by post to the below address. Include your name, address, telephone number and email address.
